The Assistant Supervisor will focus on UniversalGiving®’s recruiting projects and operational projects, reporting to the Co-Lead Office of the CEO and Operations Associate. As the Assistant Supervisor, you will be working 2-3 days, ideally in our San Francisco office located in the Financial District. We really appreciate your office presence, since you will play an important role in modeling our values. However if you are a very strong candidate, you can work virtually. We are a highly global and diverse team.
The Assistant Supervisor will have a fine understanding of UniversalGiving®’s recruiting and operational needs. The Assistant Supervisor will interview paid, internship, returnship and volunteer positions both for San Francisco and globally. They will post job descriptions, interview candidates, log recruiting data in Salesforce. With proven Positive Attitude and Positive Execution, they may also be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day paperwork, state forms and operations. The candidate should have high professional standards, and strong written and communication skills. The candidate is ready to engage with a smart, efficient, and globally impactful nonprofit.
