Job Summary 

The Operations Assistant will focus on UniversalGiving®’s operational projects, reporting to the Co-Lead Office of the CEO and Operations Associate.  As the Operations Assistant,  you will be working 2-3 days, ideally in our San Francisco office located in the Financial District. We really appreciate your office presence since you will play an important role in modeling our values. However, if you are a very strong candidate, you can work virtually.  We are a highly global and diverse team.  

The Operations Assistant will help with Management follow-ups with other team members and  UniversalGiving® contacts; Recruiting team needs; Organizational projects including tax filings, organizing online documents on Google Drive and Dropbox, and updating operational documents. With proven Positive Attitude and Positive Execution, you will attain more advanced projects in research and operations. The candidate should have high professional standards, and strong written and communication skills. The candidate is ready to engage with a smart, efficient, and globally impactful nonprofit.
