Irene Dadkoush is a Kurdish woman business leader with various international experiences in Client Services, Marketing, Social Media, Management, and Operations. Irene has extensive worldwide business experience, contributing to her growing operational role: She has worked as a Marketing Executive and Assistant Manager at Crown Logistics company located in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Irene worked at Saks Fifth Avenue as an Advisor by providing customer service both in-store and online; she was also responsible for training new team members. Irene worked at Gap Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, helping to solve issues for clients.

Irene brings strong NGO Involvement and experience, understanding the key issues UniversalGiving®'s NGOs face. As a Women and Human Rights Activist, Irene advocates for Women's Rights and Gender Equality. She was part of the Gender Equality Team of the World Merit Organization where she presented a Sustainable Development Goals program in the United Nations winning first place with funding. In her time living in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, she voluntarily visited refugee camps (where Syrians and Kurds fleeing ISIS at the time). Through Hope Organization, she helped provide aid and gathered donations to assist the people in the camps. She has also been a tutor and held educational classes for people in need in the camps, especially women at risk.

Irene studied Business and Management at the International University of Kurdistan-Hawler for 6 years. She is fluent in Kurdish Sorani/Bahdini, Persian, and English; in Turkish and Arabic at an intermediate level. Irene has profound Social Media Influence as a blogger, YouTuber, and Social Media Influencer with more than 40 thousand followers. In her spare time, Irene loves to read self-development and psychology books. She loves writing, playing music and singing in her free time.
