| Volunteers will be involved in tutoring children after school with a focus on conversational English, grammar, science, and mathematics.
Additionally, volunteers with musical and computer skills are needed to instruct the children in these areas. Volunteers need to be able to develop new and creative projects, as well as techniques for instructing children with special needs. In addition, volunteers will work in staff development, finance and accounting, computer training, and/or grant writing.
Once a week volunteers have the opportunity to serve at a local feeding center where meals are provided to the street community; a large percentage of them children.
