World Computer Exchange (WCE) is a global, volunteer, education and environment organization founded in 1999 to support the use of the Internet in developing countries. WCE works to improve opportunities and cultural understanding among youth. WCE is North America's largest non-profit provider of used computers to connect youth in developing countries. It is led by experts from 30 countries on our international Board of Directors, Board of Directors in Canada, and International Advisory Council.

WCE assists 500 Partner organisations (governments, NGOs, universities, and entrepreneurs) in 65 developing countries. WCE's more than 700 volunteers from 55 countries provide developing countries with low cost, previously-used computers and capacity building in project planning, partnership development, fund raising, tech support, content support, teacher training and responsible disposal of e-waste.

500 local governments, NGOs, and universities in 67 developing countries.
