Build Change by training 5 builders in an intensive, hands-on, three month long program. This on-the-job program results in one earthquake-resistant house for a family who lost their house in the earthquakes in Ica, Peru or Sichuan, China. So far in Indonesia, Build Change has trained over 130 masons, carpenters, concrete and steel workers. These builders permanently improve their skills and increase their wages.
