The Big Picture
With plentiful solar energy in Haiti's poorest neighborhoods we have found a way to deal with no public electricity to run an internet access and computer
. We have done this at the main office and now we want to equip the Community Human Rights Councils (4 of them) with a communication center.
This is not only for sharing information between councils but to serve as a safety alert system.
Impact of Your Donation
Two 80W solar panels at $495 each, an inverter at $1500 equals $2490 to set up shop.

Hurah, Inc. supports the non-violent, non-partisan human rights mission of our Haitian partner, AUMOHD, with money, with physical accompaniment, and with international advocacy. AUMOHD's mission is to provide free legal assistance, community training, and advocacy for the most poor of Haiti, principally in the capital, Port-Au-Prince.
