Business training helps clients learn additional business skills on money management and how to market their products. On average, clients double their income after two years of joining the organization. Pro Mujer organizes self-help groups to combat domestic violence and substance abuse. Clients also receive training in leadership, communications and self-esteem.
Pro Mujer encourages women to develop their full potential, claim their basic human rights, and access health services and resources.
The children of Pro Mujer clients receive health support and education. Medical services include vaccinations and treatments for respiratory infections and diarrhea. In some countries, Pro Mujer has set up daycare centers for the children of its clients. Children also receive computer and English lessons.
