Give women the chance to provide for their own families by starting chicken coops, produce stands, and small sustainable businesses. These loans empower ambitious women at home and in their communities. The community members elect a group coordinator as the person of utmost responsibility and confidence. They make a small daily installment to their coordinator. The coordinator aggregates the daily payments to complete the group's weekly installment. Each individual's installment consists of principle, interest and a required savings. The savings program is promoted to build an internal capital to reinvest into their business. It is also used in some instances for medical emergencies and for private schooling for their children. Upon successful completion of each microloan level, they receive an increment in capital.
