Organization: Poverty Eradication Network of Tanzania (PEN of TZ)

All Photos Poverty Eradication Network of Tanzania (PEN of TZ) is a sister non profit to PEN Trust based in Dodoma, Tanzania. Our main mission is to serve those in need in the central regions of Dodoma and Singida. This is accomplished through educational scholarships, distribution of new and used textbooks and school supplies, school construction, nutritional feeding programs for students, orphans and vulnerables and equipping local village dispensaries with basic medical needs.

We have distributed 195,369 books throughout Tanzania. Was awarded a grant from the US Ambassador to Tanzania, Mark Green (now replaced), for a rural library from his Self-Help Fund.
