The Big Picture

THIS PROJECT IS FULLY FUNDED. This particular project (Ogur Central PS) will build VIP latrines for a school in Oritigo, and serve a population of 795 people.

The H2O Africa Foundation, founded by Matt Damon in conjunction with the Running the Sahara expedition and documentary, has partnered with Ryan's Well to provide water, sanitation, and hygiene for schools in Northern Uganda. Each and every dollar donated to Ryan's Well for this project will be matched by H2O Africa! The impact of your contribution will be doubled!

The overall objective of this program is to improve health, well-being, and access to education, through provision of a water source and improved sanitation for a target of 15 to 20 schools, in conjunction with key hygiene and environmental sanitation training and education of students and teachers at 90 schools in these two districts. .
