History:
Give2Asia was founded in 2001 with the goal of helping donors overcome the many challenges of international giving. On the day that Give2Asia launched, our donors benefited from an extensive network of advisors across Asia, from Afghanistan to Japan. Since then we have helped thousands of individuals, companies and foundations meet their philanthropic objectives. Our experience and local presence in over 20 countries helps to ensure that local groups large and small have the resources to carry out their good work.
Accomplishments & Progress:
Second largest U.S. contributor (after the Red Cross) to relief and recovery after the 2008 China earthquake, raising $15.8 million.
