The Big Picture
We are nearing completion of the physical structure of the orphanage. We now need to purchase furniture, bedding, linens, plates, glasses, utensils, refrigerator, freezer, stoves, microwave, toasters, mixers, kitchen equipment, computers, teacher aids, uniforms, under garments, shoes, sox, blankets,toiletries, food supplies, Essentially, we must equip and supply the orphanage to put it into operation.
Impact of Your Donation
The funds will be used to commence operations of the orphanage in the fall of 2010. We cannot begin staffing the project and selecting the children without knowing that we will in fact be able to begin operations and continue them for a forseeable period of time.
